Capabilities

At Scanlite we have our own software and hardware designers who will be happy to discuss your requirements with you. We also have an extensive software library, based upon systems already installed and operating successfully. This library enables Scanlite to be more flexible in meeting customer requirements and significantly reduces the time and cost spent designing tailor-made software packages.

Programming Options

We offer several different methods of programming and each product can be configured to the appropriate controller required. A simple hand held keypad is a popular choice for smaller displays, while a windows software program is available if you wish to communicate via your PC. 

The RS232 interface is normally the standard interface or for greater distances RS485 can be offered, or alternatively you can utilise your telephone or network. For greater distances or remote locations GSM or wireless serial connector can be used.   We have recently been developing a programme which will allow two way communications with the sign via the internet.  What ever your requirements Scanlite will have the solution.
