The smaller the distance between the individual LEDs which make up your LED display board, the greater the definition you’ll be able to achieve. This distance is known as ‘pixel pitch’ and is measured in millimetres. Optimum pixel pitch differs depending on indoor or outdoor use, and the size of the LED display sign.

Typical pixel pitches are:

• Indoor - 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7.62mm, 8mm, 10mm
• Outdoor - 6mm, 7.62mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 31.25mm
